Uniforms

Uniforms are obtained from Land’s End or through Schaefer Athletics, a local business that opens a unique ordering link for us several times a year. RMCA provides families with a list of approved uniform components as part of its summer information packet. Parents may place their orders through the Land’s End School Uniform Catalog or online at landsend.com. We also have our O’Hana Store, which offers gently used uniforms for a low-cost donation to the school.

Family Financial Health

We know that every applicant family invests significantly in the lives of their children through contributing time, prayer, support, and tuition money. We also know that there are families that need assistance with the cost of an RMCA education. We are here to help.

Through a combination of family and extended-family support, and with RMCA’s own tuition assistance, dozens of families have received help to send their children to Rocky Mountain Christian Academy. We encourage you to explore each of these three key sources of financial assistance. Below, you’ll find your guide to the third source, tuition assistance for the 2024-25 school year.

Tuition Assistance Availability

RMCA’s tuition assistance fund is filled directly by our community members who want to see others benefit from the same education their children have experienced. Assistance is available for  students in K – 8th grades whose families have a demonstrated need. Assistance is first awarded to re-enrolling families with a completed application.

RMCA will begin tuition assistance discussions with new family applicants with completed FACTS applications in February and March.

Tuition Assistance Application Process:

FACTS, a third-party organization, conducts the financial need analysis for applicant families. Families applying for assistance may complete an online application at Online.FactsMgt.com and provide the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS. We cannot finalize your tuition assistance grant until FACTS has received your 2021 tax returns.

Families seeking tuition assistance should apply provisionally while their tuition assistance request is being processed. RMCA will refund the deposit fee if the school is unable to meet the FACTS recommended award.

As a reminder, the following information is required in order for FACTS to process your request:

  • Completed online FACTS application
  • Copies of your 2023 tax forms, including all supporting tax schedules
  • Copies of your 2023 W-2 form (both parents or guardians)
  • Copies of other supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Workers Compensation, etc.

If you have questions or concerns regarding the tuition assistance application process, you may speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative by calling (866) 315-9262. If you have questions about the process of tuition assistance, please contact us.
